Anesthesia Interest Group
The Anesthesia Interest Group serves as a resource for students to explore and learn more about anesthesia from a perspective not routinely covered by the medical school curriculum. Various workshops will allow students to take a hands-on approach in learning about airway management, placing IVs and intubating, inducing general and local anesthesia, and managing acute and chronic pain. Networking opportunities with faculty members and current residents will give students a first hand perspective of life in anesthesia.
